• Implementing modifications in operating Power Plants in Power piping, Process piping and Fuel Oils Piping as per ASME B 31.1, B 31.3 and B31.4 codes.
• Preparation of cost estimates and bill of quantities for procurement of Plant &Machinery and Piping systems for Thermal & WHRPP Power plant up to 350 MW.
• Capitalization of Refinery Plants by splitting the total packages into individual equipments and components following design drawings and physical verification at site. This includes quantifying and apportioning cost as per market value.

Preparing SLD’s, Trip Logics & Cable schedules for EBOP and STG up to 150 MW
Generator metering - cum synchronizing panels (GCMSP) testing like giving PT supply and checking for synchronizing circuit and control circuit like all breakers closing and tripping circuit, interlock circuits HV and LV system up to 400 KV systems also.
Review and approve panel designs of control panels – PLC & conventional generator control & metering panels, generator relay panel, excitation panel, motor control Centres (MCC), LAPT, NGR & breaker panel. Supervise works related to relay coordination of upstream & downstream systems for proper islanding of the STG system.
Turbine and Boiler Trip logics preparing and sending for consultant approvals also all drive interlocking Logics as per requirement in DCS. Analyzing quantity from the drawing and giving specifications to the head office for procurement. Checking the drawing trackers and co-ordinating with consultants regarding drawing & Technical issues.
